Our Kitchen
Despite only being 30 years old, Chef Eddy Kim has already been in the hospitality industry for 15 years. After starting with Japanese and building his culinary skills for seven years, Chef Kim wished to extend his knowledge in culinary art and started working with western cuisines such as German and Australian dishes. Familiarity in both vastly different cuisines has allowed him to integrate both of best worlds in terms of taste and technique, creating enticing, modern dishes. Chef Kim regards highly of fresh ingredients and meticulous preparation to bring joy in the people he serves.
